We're Currently Hiring for the following positions:
Positions Available: Full and Part-Time
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
You will bring joy to our customers by answering questions and providing them with delicious doughnuts. You'll take orders and accept payments at the register, or work the ice cream counter. You'll make sure our doughnuts and all other products are made to perfection, and as fresh as possible for our guests. You'll prepare fun ingredients such as glaze, fillings, and icings. You'll also keep the shop in tip-top shape, doing things such as sweeping or mopping, cleaning the dining room/customer area, stocking and cleaning restrooms, cleaning windows, and ensuring that the exterior is clean too. You'll definitely offer samples to customers so they can have a small taste of our sweet treats! You'll jump in with other duties assigned in order to reach customer satisfaction and happiness!
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Age Requirement: 16+

You'll inspire customer wonder by making delicious sweet treats according to Krispy Kreme high-quality standards. Making doughnuts requires preparing ingredients, following the right production schedule, weighing ingredients, tracking how the equipment is doing (from the proofer to the fryer and beyond), keeping an eye on how the doughnuts are looking as they come off the line, and helping to pack them up when needed. You’ll also keep things clean and up to the highest food safety standards. As our Doughnut Maker, you’re looked to as a leader on the team, modeling the best communications skills, teamwork and respect of others. You’ll help when your leader requests it in other areas at times too.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Age Requirement: 18+
Experience: 2-4 years of experience working in a food manufacturing or similar environment, doing food packing or processing preferred
Positions Available: Full-Time
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
You will get to oversee the proper operations of all shop activities that revolve around inspiring customer wonder. This includes training our Krispy Kremers to assist customers in a fun and joyful way. You'll engage with our customers to help them select doughnuts, operate our point-of-sale system, drive through, and make beverages for them. You'll make sure the uniforms are clean and tidy, and that the shop is always clean too. You'll help plan the scheduling and work shifts for the team, and you'll be a leader and a team player. There might be times you have to handle customer complaints or other issues that may arise. You're also the go-to person for assuring shop safety- locking doors when closing, handling cash and security.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: You are 18 years of age or older, you're flexible to work any day of the week, and you're reliable. You have great organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

At Krispy Kreme, we’re always focused on creating the most awesome doughnut experience imaginable, and that starts with ensuring impeccable food safety and sanitation during all stages of making our delicious sweet treats. In this role, you will play a key part by following the 7-step sanitation process at our Doughnut Factory of inspection, sweeping/flushing, washing, rinsing, sanitizing, rinse, or air dry and validating. You’ll wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and clean our doughnut-making equipment with approved chemicals. You’ll also get to assist with packing doughnuts or even making them if those teams need you to jump in. You’ll keep the cleaning supplies stocked, on-hand, and organized. There might be other duties too- the world of doughnut-making is ever-changing!
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: You have 2-4 years of experience working in a food manufacturing or similar, doing sanitation work.
Positions Available: Full-Time
Assistant General Managers (AGMs) have a special role in making sure every guest is fully satisfied not only with our doughnuts, but with their overall experience in the shops. You will support and inspire team members, along with helping them realize their full potential. This role also helps in developing business skills to potentially become a General Manager someday!
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: You have a high school diploma or equivalent, you're experienced in sales, customer service, and managing others, you can communicate with others well, and you're friendly and approachable. If you've completed some college, that would be ideal.

How long is the interview?
Interview will last 15 - 30 minutes depending on the role you are applying for.

Due to the virus, we’ve enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures, installed new sanitizer stands, increased glove usage, increased health-safety education for all team members and deployed sanitation kits for our delivery trucks. In addition, we have established a process for identifying and quickly responding to any team member who shows Coronavirus symptoms or who is diagnosed with the virus. For the added protection of our guests and team members, our dine-in areas and front counters are closed.
Our drive-thrus are open and door-side pick-up is available. We continue to do our very best to deliver the joy that is Krispy Kreme during the pandemic while always putting the health and safety of our team members and guests first.
